A Second year Chest Medicine PGT who was on her 36-hour-long on call duties was last seen alive at yesterday 2 am. She had dinner with her colleagues, and went to study/sleep at the departmental seminar hall. In the morning she was found dead and half clothed inside a seminar hall of the hospital’s emergency building at 7.30am with multiple assault marks on her body, that included her eyes, mouth, throat, abdomen, private parts, legs, and ankle. Apparently this all happened between 3 am to 6am today.
Why are we talking about this? Isn’t this disturbing? A Doctor was raped and murdered at the hospital where people go to get healed. Ironic isn’t it. How gruesome? Can’t even begin to imagine how horrifying her last moments would have been. Just praying for her family and loved ones.
We shouldn’t let this slide. We should spread awareness about this all over social media and mount pressure on the government to take action. They are trying to sweep this under the rug. I have been unable to sleep since I read of this news. This brutality and barbarianism must be punished.
No place is safe for women in this country. People with money and power believe that they can get away with any crime. This doctor was somebody’s sister, a daughter. Tomorrow it could be someone from your family. If we turn a blind eye to this monstrosity now, everyone else will turn a blind eye when it happens to you. Please spread awareness. Talk about it. Rage about it. This has to stop. We have to be better.

Guys, this case is actually very serious. I have all the details about how this rape case is being manipulated to look like a suicide.
They destroyed the CCTV footage.
They forced her parents to burn her body as soon as possible to destroy the evidence.She had multiple fractures.
The semen of two people was found in her body, which could have helped identify the culprits, but it’s now destroyed.
She was a second-year postgraduate student.
The people behind this rape are influential individuals with strong political connections.
We need justice for her.
She was raped at her own hospital while she was on duty, and this is disgusting!
Her vagina was bleeding.
Her clothes were torn.
And they say she committed suicide.
